I have two computers that are running Windows 10. I can get the software to run (phenomenally well on one computer, but it will not load on the other). Is there something I'm missing? Please help!

The software is working just fine. If you have issues with it, then I recommend downloading the installation package again from its official website. If you have an older version, then it's also recommended to upgrade to the latest one.
The software requires Windows Installer and NET Framework. Install these two and then install the main application.
